Amenities can be reserved on the Amenities Page.Reservation means that you will have access to the requested amenities, but other neighbors can also still use the facilities. For instance, if you reserve the cabana, neighbors can still use the pool, tennis courts, or playground.
Be an outstanding neighbor - why not leave things better than you found them? That'll put a smile on everyone's face! -

chevron_rightWhat are the by laws and the covenants and where can I find a copy? Membership in the community is carefully regulated to ensure a cohesive and orderly environment. The bylaws define what's expected of members and the role of the board. By outlining expectations, the bylaws create an environment for consistent expectations and neighborhood harmony.
The HOA Covenants help safeguard the value of each home in the community with an easy-to-follow system outlining maintenance requirements. With everyone on board, these guidelines can ensure that properties maintain their high worth over time! -
chevron_rightWho is on the board and how can I get involved? The board is comprised of 5 neighbors who volunteer for 2 year terms. Elections are held each year at the annual meeting.

chevron_rightWhat is the COPS program? Gwinnett County's Neighborhood Watch program is called C.O.P.S. (Community Oriented Police Service).The C.O.P.S. program requires four meetings over approximately one year's time. The programs offered are as follows:
- Annual C.O.P.S. Festival
- Personal Safety
- Home Safety (Locks, Alarms, Etc.)
- Child Safety (30 minutes)
- Senior Citizen Safety
- Child Safety for Parents
- Gang Awareness for Teens and Parents

chevron_rightI need to replace my mailbox. Where can I find one that matches? The community wide standard mailbox is the "Gibraltar Mailboxes Elite Classic Galvanized Steel Post Mount Black Mailbox" It is available at Home Depot, Lowes or Ace Hardware. You will need to transfer the street number from your current mailbox. Please email the HOA if you need any assistance in the replacement of your mailbox!

chevron_rightThe streetlight near my house is out. Who should I call? Streetlights are maintained by Jackson EMC.To report an outage, Call 1-800-462-3691 and select Option 1, then follow the instructions.
Or, you can submit an outdoor light repair request via your MyJacksonEMC account
Click on Report an Issue/Inquiry then select Other Issues/General Inquiry. Select Outdoor Light Inquiry from the drop-down menu.
