Pool Rules

 

1. Unless otherwise posted for special events, pool hours are 8am to 10pm.  Access outside of these hours for swimming laps can be arranged on an  individual case basis.  
2. Hamilton Fields residents in good standing and their guests are welcome to  enjoy the pool amenities. Annual dues must be paid and residents must be  in compliance with the covenants.  
3. Pool access cards are for the use of the designated homeowner. If you  allow someone to enter the pool area using your pool access card  (including other residents), then they are considered your guest and you are  responsible for their actions.
4. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk. 
5. No pets are allowed in the pool area. 
6. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
7. No smoking in the pool area. 
8. No abusive or profane language or breach of the peace will be allowed.  
9. In case of contamination, the pool may be closed for up to 48 hours to  ensure compliance with Gwinnett County ordinance. It will be reopened as  soon as swimming conditions are determined safe.
10. The facility may be closed or its use limited at any time due to unforeseen  circumstances at the POAs discretion. 
11. No running, diving or flipping allowed in the pool area.
12. When snacking in the pool area, please dispose of food and trash  appropriately. Please keep the pool area clean and ant free.  
13. Any business use of the pool/cabana area is prohibited without prior approval of the board.

 

Guests:  

 

1. Hamilton Fields residents who are not in good standing may not use the pool  as a guest of another resident. 
2. Guests must be accompanied by a family member age 16 or over.  
3. Each family is allowed to bring up to 5 guests per day. If you have more  than 5 guests, it is considered a party; please reserve the cabana on the amenities page
4. Homeowners are responsible for the actions of their guests. Violations of the  rules by a guest will result in suspension of access for the responsible  homeowner.  

 

 

• Under 6 – Adult must be inside the pool fence at all times.
• 7-13 – May use the pool only under the supervision of an adult.
• Children ages 13 to 17 are allowed the privilege of using the pool without an  adult as long as they adhere to all pool rules. 
• Parents and guardians are responsible for their children in the facility. 
• Babies and toddlers must wear a swim diaper while in the pool. Potty  accidents in the pool result in the pool being closed. Please be considerate  of your neighbors.  

 

 

For violation of any of these rules, pool access for the family will be suspended. 

• First offense – 24 hours 
• Second offense – 1 week 
• Third offense – Remainder of pool season.
